Pricing Your Property

Once the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is completed, your Johnson Hometown Realty agent will explain how the value was arrived at and also what other similar properties like yours that are currently on the market are asking so you know what you will be competing with. Based on all this information, further discussion with your agent, and other related factors (current market, your motivation, your timing, etc.) you will then select an asking price.

Keep in mind if a property is priced right, the best offers often come early. Because you get a good offer early does not mean it is priced too low and it does not mean a number of other offers are coming; it probably means you priced the property right in the first place.
