Hope Springs 5K is today! 9 AM!
Runners, have fun and be careful out there! Community, watch out for runners along the route (expect road closures during the race) and be sure to cheer them on to help them keep going! Volunteers, thank you for all your hard work for a great community event and a great cause! Route starts at the Memorial Building, follows 3rd Ave E, around and through Greenhaven to 37th St, then 7th Ave/ E, through Essential Health parking lot, back to 7th Ave. E., 31st St. to 8th Ave E., 26th St. to 6th Ave E. and back to the Memorial Building!

The Market as of March

As of today, March 31, we are already 1/4 of the way through 2018.  From a weather perspective, it is hard to call this a great year so far, but from a real estate point of view, it has been terrific!!  Inventory in just about all areas and price ranges is solid.  Interest rates are up a bit, but still favorable (See our most recent Blog post.)  And buyers are active in most all segments of the market.
